Staff hospitality, exceptional service, free stay, great pool and spa facilities, felt like special guests.

I had an exceptional stay at the hotel. The staff treated me as if I was a VIP, always available and helpful. The spa facilities were great, and the swimming pool was well-maintained. Also, the hotel location was perfect, with easy access to transportation.

Lovely staff and great facilities. I recently went on a city break and stayed at a hotel that had fantastic staff and amazing facilities. The pool was sparkling clean and there were spa facilities that were perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day exploring the city. Another huge advantage was the fantastic central location, which was right in the heart of all the action. The staff were incredibly friendly and were always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay special.

Some room issues and breakfast not to my taste. However, there were a couple of things that weren't perfect during our stay. The room was a little cramped and there were a few issues with the shower, which caused some inconvenience. Additionally, the breakfast wasn't really to my taste, as there were a lot of sweet options and not enough savory choices. Despite these minor issues, I had a lovely time at the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great city break experience.

We had a great time at this hotel. the staff was attentive and helpful, trying their best to accommodate our requests. the swimming pool was a pleasant surprise, protected from the wind. the comfortable and cozy room came with all the facilities needed for a relaxing stay. the spa area was fantastic, a perfect place to unwind and relax.

The breakfast could have been better, as there was too much sugary food on offer.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was amazing! The pool area was well-protected from the wind, which made it perfect for refreshing swims. The staff was exceptional, and made us feel like VIP guests throughout our stay. The location was great, just steps from a beautiful beach perfect for sunbathing and soaking up the sun.

Although the room was a bit small, it was still comfortable. The biggest downside was that the WIFI was unreliable, which caused frustration when trying to stay connected with friends and family back home.
